    Very well knowlegdeable of all the items that go through their auctions. We had some large items and they came out that day. They took pictures and had the auction going pretty fast. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

    Personally I think the bidder premium is a little on the high side at least for higher priced items. But overall it is great.
