    I traded my old travel trailer in at Route 66 RV's on June 30. Here it is, 2 1/2 months later and Route 66 RV's has still not paid off my trade in. I have made 2 payments on my new RV and the old one is now for sale on their lot. The Credit Union where I had it financed,(WeStreet Credit Union), is being great about this matter. I have contacted Route 66 RV's (*****) and he told me each time that it would be taken care of if he had to hand carry a check to the Credit Union. LIES, LIES, MORE LIES. I just talked to ***** and he said to go ahead and file a Civil Lawsuit. SO BE IT!
    If you are thinking about an RV, DON'T go to Route 66 RV's unless you want to have problems with their management, namely *****. ***** did call me back and was very rude, and cussed me out

    We received your complaint which was submitted on September 15th, ID: 20612117 against Route 66 RV's.  The dealership that you referenced, Route 66 RV's in Oklahoma, is not owned OR affiliated with our business, ROUTE 66 RV Network in Kansas in any way, shape or form.  While our name and industry-served are similar, we have no association or authority over the business practices of Route 66 RV's.  We take our BBB rating very seriously.  We believe that it is critical to hold businesses accountable for their actions; and, in turn, make positive changes for customers such as yourself.  If you would, please remove our company from this complaint and proceed with notifying the correct business of your complaint.
