Theel Plumbing and Heating appears to engage in unscrupulous practices. Individuals dealing with a technician named Danny may encounter disappointment, as he seems focused on extracting maximum payment without delivering the promised services. In a particular instance, I requested their assistance with three flashing codes on my heater unit during -2 degree weather. Despite turning off all equipment before his arrival, Danny either ineffectively attempted to restart it or falsely claimed faulty equipment. Upon taking matters into my own hands and correctly powering everything on, the equipment functioned as intended, reaffirming that Danny's alleged repair attempts were insufficient or insincere. It's troubling that he prioritizes financial gain over resolving critical issues, leaving clients without heat. Such business practices raise concerns about the ethical standards of Theel Plumbing and Heating.
