    PDL has helped me in the past , when I needed them again all was great so I assumed , but they stopped emailing me I left several messages no calls back and the number is still working! I then decided to stop all payments taken from my checking account. So now what options do I take? Will I get my money back if they are sued ? Are they in Court now ? It’s not right because I paid out a lot of money and they didn’t pay or negotiate none of my Dept’s?

    I have been paying Real PDL Help since 2021 and it appears no money has been sent to any of my creditors. I have tried to reach them via email/phone and dont get a response. I have requested my money back so I can pay the creditors back on my own. If I do not receive my money back (sent directly to my bank account) the same way they have been taking it out for over three years then I am going to move forward with legal action.

    I keep paying real payday loan help and I still get contacted Bout a account I'm paying most of the creditors my self since they went to collection. I'd just like to cancel but no one gets back to you by email or phone some of the emails come back undeliverable I'd like them to cancel account and refund me my fees

    I have an account with RealPDLHelp. I have been trying to contact someone by phone and email, i usually speak with ****** and I email ***************** No response. I now see my payment coming out of my billing account and the company is marked *** ********* ***... who is that?!?!

    I entered into agreement with this company Real PDL to pay off payday loans. After paying them 2600.00 they have done nothing. Said they paid off 2 of the accounts but after contacting the companies they received nothing. I want my money back. They did nothing but take my money. Won’t answer phone calls or emails.

    In 11 months, I paid Real PDL $5,436 to consolidate and pay creditors in full. To date, not one vendor has been paid a penny. I raised concerns with ******* and **** at Real PDL for months with fake results/payments. I finally requested and signed forms to close account and return funds in July, it is October 1 and not a dollar has been returned to me. Located police confirmed their business address is a UPS store in Olathe KS. I have involved the police, attorney general and Consumer Financial Protection Agency. STAY AWAY from this fraud company, I learned the hard way at $5,436!

    I used real PDL help and paid them in full. They overcharged me for two months of service. I have tried to get my refund since April 8, 2024. Here is a screenshot of the email response back from the company and I still have not received my refund. I have left several voicemails and emails with no reply back from them. They owe me close to $500, and I would like my money back that they overcharged me.

    This company had been taking money from my account since September and had made no negotiations to my creditors. I canceled the program do you be lyed to many times. Was told they had issued a settlement on one account. When spoke with company they said that wasn’t true they had never heard from them. I want my money back they took from my account because now I am settling and paying them. When talking to some of the other creditors they hadn’t talked to them either. How do companies like this keep there doors open are allowed to do business in this state?

    I began working with this company over 3 years ago. I have paid thousands of dollars to them with the expectation that loans would be resolved that I had fallen behind on. I was recently contacted by one lender who was planning to take me to court and I had to work out a payment plan myself. They were not contacted. I have called and emailed this company multiple times with no attempt for them to reach out to resolve the matter. I have kept all documentation.

    I cancelled my contract and the next day I tried to email to follow up with questions for the refund. However magically all emails now come back as nothing exists and no one answers the phone or returns a call. I just want my refund and questions answered.

    I had canceled the service and was told a refund would be sent after 30 days. After waiting the 30 days no communication has been sent for refund amount and date it was mailed. It appears their website is now non existent so the company took money and failed to provide service.
