    I have terminated my accounting business with Bluestem Financial Management as of November 2024. They, particularly an employee named ****i, have refused to give myself and my new accountant any and all of my 2024 financial information including payroll information, i.e.. 2024 employee legal names, social security numbers, and addresses, so my new accountant can correctly complete year-end reports including employee W2's. I have asked for this information in person and by certified letter. While in their office requesting this information, the employee refused to give it and made a threat at me to leave!
    Also, I have given the information needed and have paid for accounting and payroll to be completed through November 2024, but the accounting was only completed through the month of July 2024.

    I am the attorney for J*** ********. J*** has filed the tax returns and reports on behalf of  M******* ******try in 2024.   

    I have sent  Mr. ******  a copy of those documents. (See letter attached to the response.)

    We share Mr ******'s concern about the delay in responding to his requests. When Ms. *******e saw that Mr. ****** had contacted a lawyer, she asked me to get involved and that has delayed the response. The documents have been copied and mailed to Mr. ******.

    Hopefully this resolved the client's  complaint satisfactorily. I do not believe that he has incurred any tax penalties and his new accountant now has all of the information  they need to provide service for Mr ****** in the future.

    Bluestem Financial Management has filed fraudulent forms, such as: 4th quarter Form 941, 4th quarter Kansas Unemployment Taxes, Employee W2's, Form W3 and Form 940, for my business.  These forms were compiled and filed after I had terminated their service in November 2024.  While I was in the office of Bluestem Financial Management in November 2024, not only did I inform ***** ******* that I was terminating their service,  I asked for all information pertaining to my business.  I was given only part of my business papers, but did not receive addresses nor social security numbers of my employees.    I informed ***** ******* of my new accountant, which shall receive any information pertaining to my business.  During a telephone conversation with ***** *******, my new accountant stated that all payroll forms for 4th quarter of 2024 and year end reports for year 2024 would be completed through my new accountant's office.  ***** ******* indicated that she was aware of the termination of Bluestem Financial Management's services and that paperwork through the month of October 2024 was the last received.   Although I had terminated their services, Bluestem Financial Management proceeded to file fraudulent payroll reports that did not include payroll checks for the remainder of November 2024 and those payroll checks paid in December2024.  All of the payroll reports filed by Bluestem Financial Management, including employees' W2's are incorrect.  Though I had terminated Bluestem Financial Management's services in November2024, I have received a statement of services for the fraudulent forms that they filed after termination!  I have no intention to pay that statement of services.   A copy of that statement of services is attached.  My new accountant will now have to file corrected form for all the fraudulent ones filed by Bluestem Financial Management, which will take additional time and money!
