    just left the Bubbleroom ******* **** * ****** at 10:00 pm. The man and girl who
    work there said it was 11 pm and they were closed. At that time, was the only one in
    the laundry and therefore, there are no witnesses to confirm my statements. I had my
    7 machines running but had to go the ******* for more money since my $40 was not
    enough. When 1 returned, the door was locked. The male attendant rudely scolded I
    was gone 15 minutes and could have been drying my clothes. I told him I did not know
    it was 11 pm. He told me they were closed and I ran to get a cart to unload my 7
    machines of wet laundry so I could take it home. I was rushing and could have tripped
    or slipped on the freshly mopped floor, While I was unloading the machines, he turned
    out the ligh’t:s. ***** I was in the dark on a wet floor. told the attendant I planned to
    notify the owner and he replied sarcastically, “Go ahead, I’ll even write the number for
    you.” I told him I would find the number. I got all of the wet laundry out and pushed
    the heavy cart out to my car. The parking lot was dark but with the help of my inside
    dome light I got it done. I dumped all the wet clothes on my back seat. I asked the girl
    worker who was outside leaning on the wall and on her cell if it really was 11. She
    agreed it was. When I drove away, I checked the time and it was 10 pm. These
    employees are abusing the elderly. I could have injured my back pushing that heavy
    cart. No one offered me any assistance, know of other seniors, who have weak
    bones, to break their backs during strenuous activities. You can check this comment
