I have rented from them for about 3 years now only because I can not afford to move and I like my neighbors. That is hard to find. My issue is that for the 2nd Summer in a row now my air conditioner runs non-stop. (I have central air) If the temperature is over 80 to 85 degrees it literally will run 23 out of 24 hours in the day. I timed and watched it one day. It will start about 7:00 a.m and run all day long and all night long without shutting off, not once. It will finally shut off about 6:00 a.m when it has finally caught up to the temperature that I have it set on the thermostat which is 72 degrees. The temperature rises from 7:00 a.m and by at least 1:00 p.m the temperature in the house has gone up to 77 degrees and this is what it normally stays at for the rest of the day and night which has increased my electric bill by a lot. I have told them about it for the past 2 Summers and last Summer they came and replaced some motor in it but that did not stop it from running non-stop. So, I had an increased electric bill last Summer. We are only at the beginning of July now and I have already mentioned this to them 3 times. They had the maintenance man come and look at it a few weeks ago and he said there was nothing that he could do and that the owner of the house is probably not going to put in a new one just because it runs all the time. I'm sorry that answer didn't sit well with me but I kind of took it as, well there is nothing I can really do. A week or two go by again and I get my electric bill again and I was just floored by how much it is. (I am actually behind on it because I can not afford to pay it all at once) So, I called them and they sent the maintenance guy out again to look but it was not fixed. More to the story but I'm running out of space here. I have asked them to give me a discount on my rent to make up for the bill but they said no. Resolution: I'd either like them to pay my electric bill or give me a discount on my rent or fix the air.

Very poor cleaning job found rat feces in my cupboards carpet stunk of dog or human urine person came out to supposedly do a deep cleaning. I still had to deep clean again myself. The kitchen sink leaked never got fixed. The bathroom plaster was not the correct stuff to absorb water so water was getting behind the wall now mold despite me spraying bleach always. Manager is very condescending. I took a picture sent to them nothing was ever fixed. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
