    I was born and raised Iowa Iowa till 21 then my family moved hear and been here 26 long years been doing everything to get out of here since but my grandma and dads a estate got sold **** is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy we some money which wouldn’t get any if it wasn’t for ****! I am so grateful due his long long work I wouldn’t be getting out of Missouri thank you **** I recccommend people to all of him on this

    Hello my name is **** ****** and wanted to leave a review for this company I just did business with. My father left a little piece of land when he passed and unfortunately due to bad hip issues and awaiting a second hip surgery I couldn't keep up with caring for the land. I was also falling behind in taxes and **** reached out personally and made a very fair offer that couldn't come at a better time. I was waiting for my second hip surgery and just didn't have the ability to hire someone to stay in house with me and thanks to **** and his team I can finally get my leg fixed! With all honesty I couldn't recommend a better company or team if your wanting to make a land deal, this company was the most kind and pleasant people I may have ever dealt with. I had a issue with the hospital needing their deductible payment a week before my surgery and **** did everything to make sure that happened and did it with two extra days to spare! This is more then a review to me, it's a personal thank you to this company helping me when I seriously needed it the most! Thank you to the entire team! I'd give more then 5 stars if I could! 8/5/25
