    This company is grimy; my friend bought gift certificates a couple years ago, there was no expiration date, so she called and they said she could use them up this year. She asked me if I wanted to do a pasta and wine making class at AR workshop that was being held on 3-14-24, it was $139 per person. She used her gift cards valuing $100 and then the $139 plus $39 was paid on credit card, which was the remainder of her balance and mine. However, the company cancelled the class with no rescheduled date in the future. They simply said it will be sometime in the Fall, however, my friend emailed them back telling them that we don't live nearby and it's super inconvenient and discouraging to have classes cancelled and they just took our money essentially. They apologized, but said there were no refunds but gave the money back in MORE gift certificateswhich have to be used before end of the year. This isnt the first time they have cancelled classes. So now my friend and I have $278 in credits to be used at this awful company, rather than just getting our money back. There are very few classes being held there, when you look at the shop schedule nor anything of interest to the both of us. We just wanted to do the pasta and wine pairing night, not get more credits to a place that just pockets the money. Their store hours are limited and variable, and frankly, my friend and I dont want to buy $278 worth of items from their store. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We just want our money back and not in the form a credit.
