    My college daughter who was returning to campus from *********, **, (the bus pick up location) was left out of the shuttle because someone miscounted the number of seats or it was overbooked with no seat for her. If we weren't there making sure she left safe and sound, she would've been stranded out in the cold for hours alone! She was told to wait for the later shuttle an hour later which she later learned that the shuttle wasn't coming, and to wait additional hour (total of 2 hours) for the next shuttle. At this point, we were fed up with the service and drove 5 hours to/from ****** to drop off our daughter before it was getting too late into the night. Then ***, the spokesperson of the customer service, refused to compensate for the mistake they made, let alone refund a ticket, saying the second shuttle (should've been a third shuttle) was sent but my daughter wasn't at the location to get picked up. This is a company that doesn't have a clue how to make things right by their customers! They mess up the first time and subsequently thereafter, and they blame us for not being there to get picked up?? In the end, they offered no service and just took the money. It feels like a scam or they're taking advantage of the servicing the students with no repercussion! No parents would be at peace about letting their students use the service and not worry about them. It's a very shameful business tactic!
