    The sweatshirt I received does not compared to the picture on the website. The decal on the sweatshirt on the website fits the sweatshirt. The sweatshirt I received the decal is so small it looks like they just used whatever they had. I messaged them and they said they use the same size decal for all sweatshirts and I could return. I have seen someone with the same sweatshirt and the decal looked much better. I believe since it was the holidays they were running out of decals and just used what they had. I would have rather waited to get what the picture looks like than what I received. Bad company. Will never order again.

    Ordered on December 11. No product so I requested refund on December 26. Still no product on Jan.2 and told that because it has been shipped I cannot get a refund. 14 email correspondence and 3 refund requests. Absolutely awful

    Item ordered never delivered. Their customer service is only sending canned messages but not solving problem. No human contact. It seems their mission is bombarding you with advertisements. I have filed a dispute.

    This company should be SHUT down. I placed an order which I still havent received. Tried to cancel and they refuse. No confirmation on when I will get my hoodies. Will NEVER order from here again and absolutely advise everyone else not to!!!

    Well, after ordering last Christmas and waiting FOREVER for arrival...well in to January...I thought I would give it another chance. It's December 26th & late again!!!! I blame myself for wanting to support a company that seems legit. I was wrong! PLEASE do not make the same mistake I've made TWICE! Arrrrrgggg!!! I'm so pissed! It shouldn't take a month to ship non-personalized products! NEVER AGAIN! Shame on you!!!!!!!!

    Ordered Dec 1st not shipped till Dec 22nd. Was supposed to be here for Xmas. Very disappointed at the time frame to get it from ordered to shipped. My stuff from ***** takes that long. Didn't expect something in ******* to take so long. They said I would get it on the 18th now I don't get it till after Xmas and this was a gift!

    This company is shady as hell! I ordered for Christmas in November. Saw I wasnt going to receive in time. Told them cancel order. Got a text it was in ***************** would ship when ready & I could return it but had to pay shipping!! WHAT??? Why dont you just NOT SHIP since Im telling you before the **** thing is even made!! NO NO NO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
