    I check in to embassy suite round 11:30 or 12 noon Friday July 4 I was in room 322 I did a survey of the room and when I went and checked the bathroom the shower had a lot of visible hair in it I called the from desk immediately I was told some one would come clean it so 1:45 I called front desk and told them no one came yet the front desk said they should have been came so now its 3:15 I went and took more pictures I went down stairs and told the front desk no one came and I was trying to shower so at 4:14 pm I called and front desk was still giving me the run around so I cleaned the shower myself

    please see our comments as guest was rude to our employees and declined service. 

    Called guest around 8:15am on 7/7 to discuss issue. I told him that our records show a suitekeeper went by the room to assist and help him and that he declined the service. I then told him I could offer him some points but Mr. ***** declined. Mr. ***** then then said we are liars called me a "stupid *** cracker" no compensation will be offered at this point. No points

    Called guest around 8:15am on 7/7 to discuss issue. I told him that our records show a suitekeeper went by the room to assist and help him and that he declined the service.     All that is a lie the call was recorded so they need to play the recording he was rude and mad about something that didnt have nothing to do with me no one came and cleaned to the room ask him to provide the recording and it will show he lying
