  So me and my husband are both disabled a young woman named ******* has been sleeping with my husband the staff there are very unprofessional neglective at their job and very disrespectful to the guests of the client when I had made a complaint about this I was mistreated by a young woman who clearly did not care and started trying to turn the tables about me teaching my husband actions have consequences in life and all this I still love my husband greatly but sadly his check is always stolen there has been proven to be embezzlement and sexual misconduct within the staff and the clients I am already contacting a attorney about both of these issues they told my husband that if he started talking to me again that they would put him in jail for 6 years now I am pregnant with his child but because I am not a part of their company I am not their issue nor their problem he has been trying to leave the company but with threats given towards me and the baby that they put I guess in a way of the fear of God into him don't send your disabled family members here they never appropriately handle stuff they will steal their money. They don't really help their clients they're either sending around on their phone or they just refuse to check on them entirely they will kick the client out if they get married because they feel that that is witness or drama around and they always feel like their job is threatened unprofessional and very unsafe I have been in multiple of their homes because a few of my other friends also live there and who want to leave and escape themselves but are threatened if they do so I have tried to be as nice as I can be but sadly I'm most likely going to sue for my husband's well-being along with my brother who also lives there when I had tried to make a complaint they acted disrespectful. My advice is just get it at home caretaker or don't have kids because aero services is horrible to everyone. Sexual misconduct has already been proven I had sent pcs.

However, we can confirm that this complaint was submitted by an individual who is not a person receiving services from Arrow Services, guardian, or legally authorized representative of any person currently under our care.

Accordingly, we are limited in our ability to respond to claims involving third-party personal matters, particularly when they involve consenting adults in private legal disputes unrelated to our organization or service delivery.
  

  Regarding Allegations of Staff Misconduct or Financial Impropriety Arrow Services Indiana maintains strict policies regarding professional conduct, conflict of interest, client rights, and financial safeguards. We are audited regularly by the Indiana ***************** Improvement Services (BQIS), the ************************************ Services (BDDS), and other state and federal authorities. We have found no internal evidence to support the allegations of theft, embezzlement, or sexual misconduct as claimed in this complaint. Should the complainant have legally relevant and verifiable documentation, we advise them to submit it directly to appropriate legal or state regulatory bodies for review.

  Personal Disputes Between Adults

  Our homes and programs are subject to both internal and external quality audits, unannounced site visits, and compliance reviews. We encourage clients and legally authorized representatives to use the proper grievance process, which includes reporting to BQIS or Adult Protective Services (APS) if they believe abuse or neglect has occurred. We maintain an anonymous reporting mechanism and cooperate fully with all investigations.
