    July 11th, 2025. The issue has not been resolved. I spent 155$ for a service that not only not occurred, but ended up destroying my ps5. I went in there to get it fixed and after a couple of weeks I went back to pick it up. They gave it back to me and charged me knowing full well that it did not work. I had to return it to the company that made it and they deemed it irreparable so I was forced to get a new one losing all of my save data. They broke my disc drive as originally it couldn't read discs. After they handled it not only could it not read a disc it wouldn't even accept it. They also said I couldn't get a refund because it had a part in it that they used to repair it. After much stress I decided to turn to bbb as I can't handle them anymore. I have yet to get my refund as they promised to get me one and the bank said they had not even tried. If I could I would sue them for this. All I want is my refund. They come up with excuse after excuse to not get me one and I'm tired of them.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the customer's complaint regarding the repair of his PS5 console and the subsequent refund process.

    ### Summary of the Situation
    The customer was unable to wait for the completion of the repair of his PS5 console due to his frustration with the repair timeline, which was impacted by several issues with the console itself (beyond our control). He requested a refund and we promptly issued a full refund of $155.15.

    ### Initial Refund and Customer's Actions
    - The customer initially received a refund.
    - He gave a bad review stating he had disputed the amount from his bank.
    - Despite our attempts to reach out to discuss the matter, he did not respond to our calls.

    ### Resolution and Follow-up
    - After the customer couldn't get the refund from his bank dispute, he contacted us again.
    - We assisted him with getting a new refund through our card processing machine.
    - We followed up with him to confirm if he received the refund, noting the bank's timeframe of 3-10 days for the refund to reflect in his account.

    ### Attachments
    Copies of the first and second refund processes are attached for reference.

    ### Closing
    We regret the inconvenience caused to the customer and appreciate his eventual contact to resolve the issue. We have taken steps to ensure the customer receives his refund.
