    I messaged **************** in mid-January to install a new touchscreen stereo/navigation unit in the vehicle. He sent me a link to complete the transaction for goods and services, I submitted my order along with 'Payment in Full'. He texts me a few days later and told me he had the parts and scheduled my installation for January 20th, 2023. Upon receiving my vehicle back from ****************, I noticed the climate control buttons (temperature control) were not depressing after pushing, I immediately went back inside **************** shop to tell him about the issue, he was kind enough to come to my vehicle to attempt to resolve the issue. A few days after my installation, I noticed the temperature buttons were once again sticking and not depressing again, the 'hands free calling' feature was not working, along with static and interference when trying to listen to local radio stations (my wife works in radio, and it is imperative that she is able to listen to the stations she manages. Again, I messaged **************** to let him know of my issues and he stated to bring vehicle in, and he would look at it. Upon investigation, **************** noticed he forgot to connect the 'hands free calling' wire on the back of the unit, so he went ahead and made the connection. I mentioned the radio interference to him, and he said he did not have the correct antenna booster in-stock and he would order one and let me know when it was in so he could complete his installation. It has now been 45 days since my last communication with ****************. After repeated attempts to contact him, he refuses to return my calls or text messages. So here I am, with a radio installation that is not complete, and climate controls buttons that do not function properly. I now have a very frustrated wife because she has a radio and climate controls that do not work properly.

    Hi ****! We are very sorry for your issues you seem to be still having. Per our communication that we had, you only reached out to us once, and we immediately took care of your issue. The issue of the hands-free not working, as that was the audio being transmitted through the module we were using wasn't being done properly, due to you having a factory amplifier. That fix was a less than 15-minute fix, and we took you in right away no questions asked. You are receiving AM/FM stations, unfortunately they aren't as strong as they are with the factory radio. Due to the factory radio being analog, and the new radio more focused on MP3, and digital audio. We explained we will order you an antenna booster, which is not part of the install, but an additional part. This part is an added cost, but we told you we would be taking care of this for you as it will help receive better signals. This part took awhile to get in, out of our control, and unfortunately by the time we got it in, our communication was lost. Unfortunately, we weren't made aware of any other issues since the last time seeing you, nor did you stop into our location, or call our business line. You texted my personal cell phone once, which unfortunately got buried and didn't remember as it wasn't a formal communication through my business. You presented new issues in this complaint that we were unaware of, in which you didn't give us a chance to properly handle. We want you to know nothing was done with malice or ill-intent, and wish we would've known about any of the other issues you presented.
