    I am filing a bbb complaint against u break I fix since I picked up my son x box on 10/30 after they had three weeks fixing. I picked up took home and it was not fixed and my son paid his hard earn allowance to fix. I called and ask for refund since Manger informed me it was not fixable. If it not fixable I should have never been charged to pay. My son is 13 and they stole his money and could not fix. I simply just asked for a refund so he can buy new x box they said it not there fault since I left there during our vacation and took awhile to pick up. They should have never sold us the replacement if not fixable. They are horrible the manager was so mean to me, my mom and son. It was uncalled for his comments to us. I just want my son money back this is ridiculous. The manager told me this was not his problem even though he could not confirm if it was fixed since he did not check it. He told me to call the *********************************************** they would get back to me in 24 hours. I finally heard back after 36 hours and then I returned their call and they wont return my call anymore. They are the worst company ever.At this point I just want my son to get a full refund they are not ripping off my 13 year old child. He paid cash if he did not I would dispute charges on credit card since they are horrible to do this to a child lie about fixed a product then accusing us. I am so disappointed I just want my money back so my son can get a new x box. I hope the BBB can make them do the right thing.
