  *****************************, owner of ToppTier Investments LLC is posing as a licensed contractor/accepting payments for work deemed as licensed. He is unlawfully renovating and doing projects with being registered with the Allen ************************** or registered with the ****************************** He did a project he was not licensed for.

  i would like to talk to someone regarding this "complaint"  this is all false and this man rented from me and Everything that was alleged will be handled in small claims court   she withheld rent and so i filed a eviction   I never received any initial notification from the BBB about this and with that being said, I would like an extension or whatever I definitely need somebody to call me because this is false. I stated to her that I just put $500 worth of flooring into the unit she had moved intoafter she signed her lease, she complained about hard surface flooring put in and I told her that I was not going to pull the $500 worth of flooring I just put in there unless she was going to replace it with the exact same stuff and that I wanted to be the one to do it and if she did not want to pay me to do it, then she needed to pay a licensed contractor to do so because I have been installing flooring for long enough and do it in a manner of which I deem acceptable for my property there is no permit required to install flooring in ************ or in *************** so with that being said, her allegation is fake and under no circumstances that I state that I am a licensed general contractor so  allegations are being denied along with her allegations of theft, which she made strictly on the fact that I have a previous theft charge which was from years ago, but she thought that she would use that to her advantage to make me look like the bad guy so that way she could get out of her rent because she doesn't have the money   this is Going to cause me to bring for a lawsuit of slander and liable against my name and defamation of character because I have made mistakes in life but under no circumstances did I do what ************** says I did

   I am rejecting this response because:
  
  *************************** failed to provide an appropriate resolution. I have attached the building advertisements and businesses *************************** claims to own, none of which are registered with the building department in ************ or is he a licensed contractor as reported by the ****************************** I have also included statements made on social media by *************************** claiming to be a contractor who is verifiable. His unskilled craftsmanship would suggest he is incompetent. Furthermore he has misrepresented himself and his business/es.

  I just spent a half hour typing up a response and since it exceeds 2000 characters, I'm not gonna take any more time over this matter if anybody needs to contact my attorney, the Better Business Bureau will be contacted tomorrow over the phone and we can resolve this. I have all the proof of these false claims and the slander the defamation of character. The label is all something that's going to be pursued along with the eviction and damages, my phone number is ************. If anything else is needed I will need to be contacted by that because I will not respond via email or via this ******** messaging system because I don't have the time for this, I'm keeping track of all the time as instructed by my real life attorney and it's being logged  as damages

  Remodeling started on September 19, 2022. ********************* (Renovation Services)called at 10:44am calls saying he overslept. Asked if he can come over tomorrow(Tuesday.) I agree. Shows up on Tuesday demoed from 10-11:30am now needs to go to Menards for materials. Purchases 20 sheets,1/2x 4 x 8 waferboards., ONLY needed 5. He started laying waferboards, partially stapled boards. He did not secure the waferboards solid enough, the subfloor started to rise and became spunky. He said,it will settle on its own.Then starts installing vinyl planks, without taking up any baseboard. I question them about the work, he pulls out his oscillating, saw and begins to cut the baseboards and force the vinyl planks under the baseboards. **** refused to put up plastic to keep the dust contained stating,do you know how much plastic costs, Im not wasting my time or money. I said, I care, then I got my own plastic and used it. **** came on Thurs. and worked installing the floor until 2:45pm and hurried out the door not asking me for satisfaction of work. He pushed back the fridge, range, ************** and immediately went out the door. I didnt even get a chance to check out his work. I pulled out the appliances and seen his UNFINISHED WORK. The pieces next to the walls are NOT secured at all. He took ALL scrap pieces, which we purchased prior to hiring ****. I have called him 8 times before he returned a call on Dec.13,2022. He said hed call back within a day or two. I called him on Dec.20,2022, no answer/ I left a voicemail. December 23 we hired help , they disassembled the entire floor, discovering the subfloor was NOT installed securely nor was it leveled.They had to s**** down the subfloor and then REINSTALL the vinyl planks. I called him again today,Jan.5,2023 and his voicemail is full I couldnt leave a message. ***** lack of communication, work ethics, skills and our unfortunate experience with ********************* and his company Renovations Services. DO NOT HIRE FOR ANY REASON.
