    I am sooo happy that I called HOME LUMBER for my fireplace maintenance! I have a Majestic Vermont and didn't know how to work it or if it was safe to turn on. **** did an excellent job explaining everything to me. He cleaned it all up and made it beautiful!!!. I can't wait to use my fireplace after this heat wave!!! ??

    Had my gas fireplace serviced as a new homeowner without any previous understanding of how it works, nor without any pre-existing service history. The technician was wonderfully informative, thoroughly showed me the workings and and provided best practices recommendations.

    Gentleman from home lumber , very helpful in explaining what we needed to know about our fireplace, took time to show us cleaning instructions, advised us of potential problems, provided information about usefulness of our fireplace and overhead fans. Left the area cleaned. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the fireplace inserts.. very pleasant and kind.

    Called because we had a spring break on our garage door. They were out here in just a little bit more than an hour! Amazing! These guys (******) do excellent work, I cant recommend them enough.

    Don * replaced our very old garage door opener with a new Liftmaster opener. He, working by himself, removed the old, noisy opener and installed the new one, programmed both of the remotes and 5 vehicles (ours and ours childrens) in just over one hour. He was very polite, friendly, very professional and very efficient. 5 stars for *** *.

    Technician was on time and invoiced for what was quoted. Technician ******* was polite and informative on what he was doing and answered any maintenance questions I had. I will use this company again for any service jobs for our Majestic fireplace.

    Just had **** come out to my house to service our 24 year old fireplace. The fireplace has not worked for 22 years. **** was excellent at explaining every step he took in getting the fireplace to light. Needed a good cleaning and to keep the pilot lite on at all times. I was mentioning that our custom sliding door had an issue being difficult to open. **** took pictures of the door and sent it to his door person at Home ******. **** went above and beyond his service to us. I will be recommending **** to everyone that that needs fireplace service. Thank you!!

    The gentleman from Home Lumber who cleaned my two fireplaces was excellent in all respects! He not only cleaned them perfectly, but taught me how to care for them all seasons of the year. I had never heard how to do that in the 7 years I owned the Majestic fireplaces. I know because of what I learned I will enjoy them that much more. The gentleman is enthusiastic and seems to truly enjoy what he does by helping me understand the functionality of my fireplaces. Thank you Home lumber for employing a great person.
