    they refuse to fix damage caused by mis diagnose and they billed my warranty company as a recall service .. i called them out because i saw water damage to baseboard very nice guy came out said he had to put hole in wall to find leak he put 3 holes told me he think he found it warranty company paid for repair i had to pay ****** to repair dry wall three months later i noticed same area same water damage except i also hear a noise from back of fridge called warranty company again told them must be same leak or original leak and leak they claimed to have found was wrong they submitted service request to z plumbers same nice service tech came out i told him i think that the original leak i said over time since i called you all out its not worse he said you are right i think this is the actual leak he moved fridge showed me an actual line with hole. i did'nt have to pay another service call fee . Z plumbers certified it was a recall repair , now wall is damaged and drywall is mildew and messed up because original repair was not correct told the office manager of z plumbing because it was not repaired correctly i have mildew and drywall damage she refused to give me the insurance for they company and although they told my warranty company it is a recall service they refused to help pay or to take care of my damaged walls
