      My wife and I were ripped off by rhis Company. We asked them to come check our sewer line, which they did. They told me it was going to cost about $4,000 dollars. Never did see a printed estimate of the job, had to read it on their hand held little computer.Yes, I trusted the sales guy and signed my name on this hand held computer, thinking they were going toadjust the bill when they got into the problem Two guys came to our home and were there approximately 10 combined man hours.They manually dug two holes approximately 75 cubic feet of dirt(27 cubic feet small hole and 48 cubic feet the other hole).They brought a backhoe,encase they needed it, and used it for maybe ten minutes to push the dirt back in the larger hole. They dug the holes by hand why did they need the backhoe, the agreement says they were not responsible for cleaning up the hole sights. It might have taken 20 minutes to shovel the dirt back into the holes!! I was charged $3,936.01 for ten hours of work and maybe 16 feet of pipe, stone and 4 connector joints.They never did insert the white pipe the salesperson told me they were going to use to fix our problem.I am 75 years old and feel we were ripped off big time I will never use this company again, in my opinion they are rip off artists for jobs you can't really see once they are done, it is all under ground. You can't trust them to adjust their estimate once the job is done.I had to leave a one star rating or I could not leave a review, they deserved a ******************* for this rip off of a senior citizen who trusted we would be billed correctly once they knew what thet did to fix our problem, never happened.********************************, *******
