    I was told the results would be done by Monday, 9/8/2025. I my case manager if I could purchase the expedited option. He told me yes but there was no need, that I would have the results Monday. So I went in for the *** paternity swab, waited for 45 mins or so. Got back in the room and did all the questions etc, just for them to say they didnt have any film to take my picture that Id have to come back tomorrow or go to a different location, so I had to drive to another location to wait again. Monday comes, and there are no results, I reach out to my case manager and he now says, they will be ready by the end of the week. I call customer support and she said she called the lab to get the results faster, today Thursday 9/11/2025, I text her back and still no answer or results. The goal post has been moved from Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 6pm CT with little to no communication. Ill never use These folks again, though I hope I dont have to do this again.

    I'll start with, I would definitely use them again. My experience was long and painful. And I have to admit, I gave "*******" on the customer service team a VERY hard time. When ordering these types of tests, I had to remind myself to remove my emotions and expectations and look at this process clinically. Did I receive my results as I expected? No, I did not. My tests required further testing and thankfully ******* and I talked through the process and moved it forward. ChoiceDNA stepped up and completed the process very much to my satisfaction. ******* remained very calm and professional through most of my ranting. The issues I had to deal with was not the testing but the results that I required and it took us several tests to get the results. I had to step back and become realistic while working with the samples we submitted. Again, the time, effort and $$$'s were with it. Will definitely terrorize ******* again if the need arises.... Very good job

    If I could leave zero stars I would! When scheduling the *** test I was told I would have results in 5-7 business days. It has now been two weeks without any results. I have called and left 5 voicemails that claim they will return your call promptly but I have yet to receive a call back. I did receive emails back for a short time from ******* who seemed helpful stating she didnt know what the delay was but that I would have my results by yesterday, here it is the next day with still no results and no communication AT ALL. We need these for social security survivors benefits and our case was closed due to the results not coming in when promised. Now we have to go through re opening and redoing the whole case. Spend the extra money and go through a reliable lab that actually does what they say they will. When spending the amount of money we are spending after such a great loss, at the very least I except communication. I wish I would have read reviews before using this company. Do your research.

    The day I called to inquire about an appointment the first representative was very rude and uninformative. The second representative was very kind and helpful in setting my appointment. The payment process went through easily with an expected turnaround of 5-7 business days. Its now been 10 days and I havent received any results. Ive called five separate times, leaving two recorded messages that were never returned and then being told a different turnaround time from three different individualsone from the lab and two customer service representatives. All I want to know is what the hold up is and an accurate time I can expect the results. My son has passed away recently and the results are crucial to how our family can move forward. Is there anyone in the company that actually knows whats going on and can share accurate information? We really need answers ASAP!!!

    My fiance passed away last month before we could do a paternity test. The Coroner sent the samples and the proper paperwork to them soon after and they received everything from their end (the ***************** and my end (the baby's cheeks swab). He has now been cremated. I was told yesterday that they still didn't run the test because supposedly the Coroner filled the paperwork out wrong (she said she didn't) and supposedly they only got the revised paperwork the day before yesterday. Apparently my results won't be available until the 22nd. I was assured before I spent the $350, the company was legit, legal, precise and prompt. That I would get the results back in 6 business days. Not a whole month!! I worked in 3 labs. How did they managed to get the samples from going bad? I need answers and my results now!!

    I recently used Choice DNA Laboratory for my DNA testing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process and customer service were great from start to finish.
    Ordering my kit was straightforward, and I arrived with clear instructions. Collecting my sample was quick and easy, and I appreciated the emphasis on privacy and security throughout the process.

    They answer the phone until they have collected your fifty dollars. It's like once you call to check on the status of your kit, they put your number on the do not answer list. I keep getting a guy who says to talk to "*******" but the number only rings once and the fax dial tone afterward. These people are scamming independent contractors and customers out of money and should be investigated for their continuous schemes.
