      Watch out for this so called family company ! Long story short. I ordered a recliner on Sept 23,2021..they delivered it the next day (fri) and picked up my one chair that needed to be fixed. The new recliner wasn't comfortable like my old one, so I called the next day (sat). Back of invoice said 3 days you have. So i asked them to pick it up. (i thought maybe that day). NO they only delivered in **** on fridays so they would pick it up when they brought my old chair back. So i asked for my money back.(.*****) said NO, only in store credit ...WHAT. Onthe back **** says after 3days. I called the 3rd day.. So i assumed i followed their rules...to the day even. It was not my fault that they only delivered on (fri) in ****......***** wouldn't budge . Didn't care. He kept says the computer said in store credit ...I didn't want that but in other words i was forced too. I have called several times that year but same thing..so I called again (oct 20,2023). Good oh ***** said only store credit ...the computer said so!!!! If he is the so called higher up, i would in my opinion ,is hurting the company . I went by their rules but he wouldn't honor it!!!!! They have had money over 2 yrs.. That is way not right and VERY unprofessional .....just saying ,Watch out... On top of everything else, he (J) was soooooo rude to me the first time and he had me crying ...NOT PROFESSIONAL...Most all companies tries to make their customers happy ...Never had any other company treat me or any of my friends that way...Sorry i had to put this out...but if you think that you will get your money back guess again ...ONLY STORE CREDIT...no budging ...And there is nothing in their store i even want NOW....(some short review, but i sure am learning about some people )Just think, he could have made more sales but sure messed up!!!!!!!
