      Bought a house in **** Indiana seller didnt know if take was leased or owned so I found the serial number and name on the tank and it was *********************** contacted them they said they had no records of the tank 3 days later they say it was a lost tank from ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the agreement there was no mention of any amount of gas needed to buy each year at all it was call as I needed signed agreement in August 2024 now its April 2025 and they came no notice witch in agreement there own agreement they had me sign said there be a 30 day written notice and got nothing from them and they took take went to there busniess to ask why they took it know they claim it was cause no service has been done in 18 years with it so they took it and said they didnt care that I have agreement less than year old and in the process of when they moved it they hit the side of my outside wood boiler and damage the siding refusing that they owe anything and saying that it there take they can do as they want they breached the contract by not giving notice and caused property damage to my stuff after I was respectful enough and found a tank they claimed to have lost in 1985 but now claim they have records showing no service to the tank for 18 years find it very unprofessional and dishonest business cause how u lose a tank that long and then sign agreement and less than year just take it without following your own contract
