    The date of the transaction was on April 28, 2023. I paid $6,254.They said they were going fix the leak only they never said they where going to put a new line, and never said it was going to be $6,254 they said it was going to be around $600 sum, then when they where done with the job we didnt have a choice but to pay all that the amount.The dispute is because they never not once said it was going to be $6,254 it was to high to pay that at the moment, luckily we had it but now we have no money.We tried contacting with the company but they kept transferring our calls to several supervisors and no one helped at all. They all kept giving different versions. Never received a receipt nor the estimate either.

    On behalf of Summers, I am deeply sorry you feel this way. We put the utmost effort into developing a business structure where we can be 100% upfront and transparent with our customers. We avoid charging by the hour and instead developed a method allowing us to provide customers with pricing before we begin a job. Our records indicate that we originally visited your home on 4/21/23.  At which point we discussed the necessary repairs and provided you with an estimate containing the job details and exact cost of the work needing performed. This estimate was signed and agreed to by you at this time. We then returned on 4/28/23 to perform the work. When we completed the job, we presented you with the same estimate containing the upfront pricing and detail of work performed which you once more signed and agreed to. Upon reading this review I did personally locate the estimate and invoice and forwarded both to your email once more. It is my highest priority to ensure all of our customers receive fair pricing and a high level quality of work. If you have any troubles receiving the emails sent or have questions regarding them, feel free to contact our office at ************ and I would by happy to speak with you.
