We were out of town and one of our sons discovered a small leak in the plumbing going into our water softener so we had leaking water in the basement. I talk him through shutting the water off until Jakes could arrive to fix the issue. This was basically an emergency and they gave us a window of **** p.m. but managed to arrive before noon to address the problem. They fixed the issue and we were back up and running within a couple of hours. Appreciate the quick response, when you're out of town and have your family at home it was a nice piece of mind to know the issue was addressed and all is well. Thanks.Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing

I used ****'s again because I always receive excellent plumbing work and skill that is reliable and effective. This most recent use occurred this week. I needed to find the source of a water problem in a bathroom. The first call on Tues. found the problem to be my faucets were too clogged and needed to be replaced. I was given four pricing and repair options to decide how to proceed. I chose the one we needed and ****'s personnel returned two days later and installed the new faucets I purchased and repaired some water shut-off valves. No mess. No problems. Courteous, friendly service. No issues on the work performed. I must admit, even though I had the choice of pricing/repair options...it was expensive. Good work. Scheduling an appointment for our plumbing issue was a breeze. We have experienced no call backs from far too many service providers of late. The technicians arrived as scheduled and got right to work for an outside job on an extremely hot day. They worked until the job was complete including developing an acceptable work-around to an unexpected problem that arose. They restored our hardscape to its original if not better condition and hauled away the old components they replaced. We were very pleased with the work, and would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs.Bill AJake's Heating, Air & Plumbing

We were so fortunate that Jakes was recommended to us as our luck with home improvements hasnt been good. I wish we could use Jakes for everything home improvement.They came out and provided an estimate which was spot on.it was numerous projects that were pretty complicated (addition of washer/dryer set up which entailed quite a bit) new sink set up and an outside spigot needing capped. They were timely, quiet if you can believe thatdid exceptional work and nice clean up after each day. They asked questions to make sure I was happy and provided guidance on operation of the fixes/additions. Ive never experienced a more considerate and professional job as was done on my home. They took care of ********** needed. I will be using Jakes anytime I need plumbing services. Try this company and youll be very glad you did. Jakes went above and beyond to take care of us after hours and worked relentlessly to get the process rolling on replacing our main sewer line that was clogged with tree roots. We are looking forward to being able to use our bathrooms again!Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing
