Realtor Megan scammed us out of applications fees. Application was 40$ per person, we filled out 3 applications. She knew we would not be applying unless my horses were allowed on the property. I have screenshots of her saying "I spoke with my boss and if the applications come back all good, we can get the horses on the property. There would be an additional fee monthly and you would need to provide your own food. Let me know if that’s something you are open to discussing. Thanks!" After this, over a week later, Megan messages me but this time it is different. She says "Hello, unfortunately the horses being at the property isn’t going to work. If you would like the property with out the horses you will be approved. Thanks. " So, realtor Megan scammed 3 people out of money equalling $120 when she already knew the horses were not going to be allowed on property all for application fees. I will be reporting this on multiple sites as well. Nobody should be allowed to scam people out of their money.
