1 starI ordered all new windows for my house and they leaked worse than the old, they told me they should have infiltration coming into the house, I had them look at the windows serval times and they could never get them fixed, they finally told me to just deal with it will never recommend this company ever to anyone.Review fromCynthia P

1 starPoor quality, have had issues from day 1 installation. Windows leak air at the window sill base, and where the 2 sashes meet in the middle. First installer walked away from the install project as he said the windows are not the right size. 2nd installer removed foam from around windows to get them to fit thus creating no insulating barrier around the windows. Every sash has been replaced due to cracked glass, poor seals, and air leaks. Poor quality replacement windows, leak air terribly probably due to said foam removal, poor insulating upon installation and/or just overall quality issues with the windows. While they are trying to fix the issues, it has yet to be resolved. Next step is to once again fix the seals, remove the windows to check for insulation and proper fit. Thoroughly exhausted with this year long process. Heating costs have doubled over the course of the winter. New windows with towels at the base and middle to help deter the cold air coming in, not a pretty site.Review fromJeff H.
