      On July 10th I won an online auction through a third party auction site storage treasures I won the auction for $ ***** the fee was 90$ paid to storage treasures then the tax and premium ended up 1,160$ since I won that unit I bid on 5 more in the area and won them smaller bids but I wanted to make it a full load for the 26 foot uhaul I rented and my pick-up I paid a couple of guys to go with me to load them there was 4 of us in total so my second stop wad the public storage on beachway ** in ************ i had two units there I won i paid for them upon arrival then was escorted to the first unit cleaned it out then to the second unit when we opened the second unit none of the items i bid on where inside the unit the property manager clarified such i immediately asked for a refund he told me it was a process that he had to take he told me he cancelled it and it would be a few days weeks later with no responses from him to myself or storage treasures I finally got storage treasures to cancel it on August 24th I believe and received my 90$ refund from them on the 26th and i still cant get any response from this place therr customer service says i have to go through this facility which i believe is screening my calls i have called repeatedly from my number no answer but as soon as I call from a different number he answer **** is his name also to get the same answer that he will send and email and call me back which he never does and then over 5 times customer service tells me they will put a note somewhere and someone will contact me which no has I feel robbed and like I did this entire trip for this unit anf wasted a few thousand dollars and can't even get reimbursed for what they didnt have
