      There is absolutely no customer support for online orders ! I placed an out of state order after buying popcorn in their cafe store. I ordered 6 small bags of popcorn at $8 each, plus paid $20 for shipping. They sent me 2 bags of almost expired Cheddar Ranch. Meaning the date was less than a week before expiring. All other items had a least 1.5 months before the expiration date. I called the number to see if they would correct it. A young woman said they should have checked the date on the product before shipping. The woman said the cafe was busy and she asked for my number to call me to resolve the issue. I never received the call back, and the store stopped answering my calls. I also sent an email that was not responded to. It has been well over a week and regardless of what number you call, there is no way to actually reach anyone to help resolve the issue.
