    Signed a 12 month service agreement with company. Was supposed to have service monthly and ended up only having service about 4 times in total. I called in May to make sure my last payment for the 12 months would be May as year was up. Someone on accounting stated that would be my last payment and the **************************** June monthly payment was deducted from my bank account. I contacted company 10 times to ask for this to be credited back to my account as I had called in May and was done with my service agreement. No one answered voicemails I left or returned calls. I had to contact my bank and put a stop payment for this company not to be able to deduct any more. Since this date I have received around 300 phone calls from customer service *** saying I owe a monthly fee. I have explained over and over I no longer have service and have completed my 12 months payments even without the service I was promised. I tell them to stop calling me and take me out of the system. Some days they have called me up to 6 times. I requested to speak to a manager today and when the manager got on she wanted to explain how their company works and that I would have to cancel service even after my agreement is up. I informed her that I do not have service and call in May to make sure I was done with service and payments, she said they will continue to call me unless I pay. This is awful service. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid enrollment fee and monthly service fee for 4 treatments. This is a scam!

    This customer has issued a complaint about the wrong pest control company.  We are Black Hawk Pest Control.  There is a company in the same area with a very similar name.  This happens on occasion.  Probably Hawx Pest Control.  We, Black Hawk Pest Control, do not issue contracts of any kind.  Never have and never will.  We are a "use us as you need us" company.  If she signed a contract, she should have a copy of it that will prove it is not us.  We've also checked our client register and we do not have a customer by her name.  This is an error on her part.  If she is still insisting, we will require her to provide proof of a "contract".  There will be none with our name on it.
