    Ordered from this company on 10-13-23. They managed to ship me a free gift but did not deliver the 3 pairs of Jeans & 3 pairs of shorts I ordered. They said the free gift a fake diamond ring was a test to see if I could get a package from them. Then said they resent the package. It never arrived. Well after almost 3 months of back & forth with their customer service team they say the shipping company is to ************ will only refund 70% of my cost. BUYER BEWARE

    STAY FAR AWAY! I ordered from them and after a month was told the order was delivered. They said to check with neighbors so I did and nothing. They claimed to have resent my order and it was allegedly delivered not even a week later. Th original order supposedly took over 30 days. When I emailed them again, they offered a 70% refund, which I said was unacceptable. They agreed on a full refund. However, I received a refund of only 20% of my total. I can even get back on their website now and they claim it is because they are updating it.

    I ordered 2 pairs of jeans totaling $30, they were on sale. They were to arrive on 12/15/23 but never did. I have emailed constantly about refunding my money or disputing the charge. They replied back stating they tried to get compensation from the delivery company but couldnt contact them and that me trying to check with my postal service wouldnt be helpful. They then come with the offer of resending a new package or if I was unwilling to wait they would give me other options. I dont want anything from them except a refund. Cant believe I fell for this scam.

    I oredered 4 pairs of jeans the order came out to $50 and I have never received the package even though the email I received said it was delivered. The tracking website doesnt even give me a carrier service to directly speak with the carrier service. Us jeans is a scam.

    Can't believe I fell for the scam. Thought I was ordering from **** Blues - and even got an order confirmation email and a second shipment notification with a tracking number. The tracking number showed shipped from ***** and sent to **********, to ********, and finally to ************. Got another email stating that the package had been delivered. Emails to US Jeans have been unanswered and it has been too long to dispute with the credit card company (thanks to my faith in the false tracking number/system provided).

    I made a purchase of 4 pair of jeans from this company. They have given fake tracking information and continue to send the same information with the tracking number and will not help otherwise.I have sent many emails. It has been well over a month with no good response. Extremely frustrated as i work hard for the money I earn for someone like this to scam people out of their money. Is there any way to get my money back at this point? It is a total ripe off and looks like something could be done about this. Take their website down or something. Extremely frustrated!!!! No merchandise and no money returned. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY USJEANS OR USJEANS.STORE

    This company lets you believe you are buying quality blue jeans that are on sale via ********* Ive been waiting for a month to receive my package and Saturday 11/18 I received an email for a ***************** stating my package had been delivered and of course it wasnt. It says it was shipped from *****. I emailed the company and they responded this morning saying they are sorry I havent received my package and if I want them to send a 2nd package at no charge and how they attempted to get money from the shipper, so yes this is a scam. Beware of buying products on ******** and if it sounds to good to be true then it is. Very frustrated!
