    Kennected merged with ******* in April 2024- My firm *************** cancelled service in ********. We had issues with billing. Now they used a new card number of mine and charged me on 4/12 for ******.

    To whom it may concern,

    We have had communication with *******, and though payments were previously refunded, we initiated a refund of January's payment in good faith. ******* is discussing his issues with the team from Buzz, as Buzz is the guilty party for the additional charges and we have no records of payments past April 2024.

    ******** purchased Kennected in April. It has been a disaster as Buzz feels like Kennected oversold how many subscriptions they actually had. There is a lawsuit moving forward. As a result both companies are passing the **** onward so you have to talk to both parties. It took several hours trying to reach out to "anyone" to address the problem. There are a ridiculous number of customers who were not as resourceful as I. Lots of peeps out of money!

    BUZZ USA purchased Kennected in April. It has been a disaster as Buzz feels like Kennected oversold how many subscriptions they actually had. There is a lawsuit moving forward. As a result both companies are passing the **** onward so you have to talk to both parties. It took several hours trying to reach out to "anyone" to address the problem. There are a ridiculous number of customers who were not as resourceful as I. Lots of peeps out of money!

    As **** clearly states, responsibility for these charges falls on Buzz. April 2024, Kennected  As the attachments show, we have refunded all amounts **** and **** have requested. We have encouraged **** to pursue disputes for all charges in 2024. At this time, Kennected has no responsibility in Mikes complaints, as we have done everything asked from ****. We ask that this complaint be removed from our records and this case be closed.

    Kennected still has not reimbursed for 2 months totaling $680.00. I had cancelled the my card and back October and out of no where they Charged January and April 2024 to card. Not only is it crazy i gotten a new debit card and somehow they were able to get my new one. And why January and April. I would like this case to remain open and let me knnow what the next steps are to get the refund. Kennected is world wide and this has to be an incredible number accounts that this is happening to. I cant believe it not like national news 1. companies credit is being compromised 2. just randomly charging previous customers 3. the magnitude of companies effected. Both Buzz AI and Kennected are in lawsuit b/c its such a huge number. I will say Buzz did the same for May thru August 2024 but at least they paid. This makes no sense! I did submit info and if you need my bills and confirmations that i cancelled my account back October 2023

    At this time, our records show a total of all money collected by Kennected in 2024 was returned to Mr. ***** upon request. At this time, we cannot issue any further refunds, as the refunds have already been processed. Previous screenshots were sent showing the refunded amount to Mr. ****** furthermore, we provided Mr. ***** with tracking numbers for each refund. These tracking numbers were provided directly from ******. If we could provide further assistance to Mr. ******* request, we absolutely would do so. However according to our records, this has been resolved with refunds processed.

    I purchased their business product and they did not deliver. They failed to communicate or avail themselves for product cancellation. The product quality was not commensurate with the amount charged and did not function as advertised. I am seeking a refund.

    I signed up with this company absolutely zero customer service. No one was able to get on the phone with me. They billed my card multiple times. I reported their transaction to my bank via fraud. They still said that they were trying to service my account. All I wanted was communication.

    Hi ****,

    I apologize for your experience while using Kennected and the confusion during the sales process. Kennected operates on LinkedIn, allowing customers to set up automated connection requests and send out customized messaging, therefore phone support is not a viable way we can help facilitate our services. We can only provide our onboarding services by working jointly on a zoom call. Our support team is very busy helping other customers and are usually booked out at least a week in the future. Therefore we try to optimize our meetings with each customer to be the best use of the time for both our staff and our customers. Unfortunately most issues and questions cannot be addressed via a phone call. As this software needs to be driven by our customers and cannot be operated by phone, we schedule Zoom calls so we can share screens and see what the issue might be. I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused, this is the first complaint we've received regarding our support and how we operate our interactions.

    In October of 2022 I spoke with ************** of Kennected and was given a demo of their service. I signed up with the initial marketing campaign for $1409 dollars to set up custom sequences for me and explain how to use the service to reach potential clients on LinkedIn. I am a financial advisor and connecting on LinkedIn to build my network, promote my practice, and post about important topics for clients is essential. LinkedIn is integral in my financial practice. I also started paying $59 a month for these services. About 4 weeks ago my account with LinkedIn was restricted. When I tried to reinstate my account it has been permanently restricted. My account is gone. I have lost a few thousand contacts on LinkedIn that took over 3 years to build. My account was restricted because of using Kennected's services. Apparently, Kennected's sequencing service is a violation of LinkedIn's user's policy. So ********************** is marketing to people to utilize their service for LinkedIn which is a violation of LinkedIn's policies. When I contacted Kennected they tried to get access back to my account but they were unable to. I have been going back and forth with Kennected at this point to find out how they are going to resolve this. I was told by their customer service respresentative, ******* on 20 June, that I should just build a new LinkedIn account. Also, that their directors are trying to figure out what rectification/compensation their directors will decide on. At this point it will take me years to build my account back on LinkedIn. This is costing me business.Many A+ clients research financial advisors on LinkedIn before doing business. It's going to take me years to rebuild what is gone. I would love to be reimbursed but more importantly I would love to get my LinkedIn account again.I also don't understand how Kennected can even exist. They offer a service for a platform that is against that platforms policies. Seems severely unethical.

    As the attached document shows, we were able to resolve the issues ****************** was experiencing. *****, CEO of Kennected was able to assist ****************** with confirming his ID, which was the reason why ****************** was having issues with LinkedIn. This case is solved and closed on our end with both parties being satisfied.
