DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He was also sent out by my home warranty company to inspect a plumbing leak he came with no tools and honestly didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. When he left we were in agreement it was a plumbing leak but he reported it as a roof leak?? So my claim was denied and now I have to hire someone who knows what they're doing to appeal it because the home warranty company won't send anyone else out which is complete bs! And to top it off i tried calling this guy afterwards to see why he reported it that way and to request some sort of documentation on what he reported and he never answered or returned my calls.

I wish no stars was an option. AHS sent this company out for a water heater repair. ***** came out. He took a picture of the top of the water heater and the Label from the manufacture. He did not do anything but take the 2 pictures. I asked if he was going to test anything he said no. AHS would not cover any parts because it still had manufactory warranty on the water heater. I could not believe that he was getting my $125 to just take pictures. I let him know I had read the reviews on his company and he was out to there . He got in his van and sped off. With in 15 mins. AHS had a report from him saying that the heating element was out , the tank was at 27 degrees (not sure what that means when he came in with flashlight and s**** driver and did not use either. Again not sure how made any report when he did nothing. I wish I would have called and asked for another company after reading other reviews that is on me. I would never use this company again and warn others from using them.

I explain to the homeowner that home warranty is not going cover for ******************* electric water heater is under manufacturer warranty in which her water heater is less than a year old. I told the homeowner that manufacturer will cover for the parts, but she didnt want to believe me. By saying they want cover that because she got a lot of properties. Thats bs!!!It was leaking on cold side pipe in which is pipe burst because the water heater in the garage. The home warranty doesnt cover pipe burst. So she got mad and u a racist comment as my company got bad reviews. I had every reason to walk away from the homeowner and drive to next service calls. Because this was getting ugly. Any company thru the home warranty company wouldve denied it as well.

No stars if I could. American Home Shield sent him out to fix our lift station. First mistake getting AHS. He came out, the unit was full and he was stupid enough to flush the toilet which caused sewer water to back up into my utility room in my finished basement. WTF why did you flush the toilet????? He said he had to test the plumbing and didnt know it backed up when he left. (He didnt come with parts to fix it). My husband had to pump out the water and my house smells like s#@t. DO NOT call this company!

If I could have put O in star ?? Review, I would have. First of all ***** who has this business should not be represented in ************ for business. Will be a waste of your time - after your money. ***** answered to a plumbing call that my Home Warranty reached out to him to fix a plumbing problem. He isnt a plumber! I paid a deductible, he came out - did not try to fix the problem. He was asked possibly to pull the toilet up for possibly backed up. ***** said that there was a new law where you could no longer do that. He did not even have a plunger. Well, the plumber before him 3 months ago, lift the toilet up and fixed the problem. ***** did not leave paper work because he did not do anything! He said that he would have to open up drain out side. When he saw that it was connected to 3 other units, he said that he could not touch it. That was the dumbest thing I ever heard of! Thats what plumbers do. My ************* was very disappointed at his actions, they will not pay him and they will give him a negative review. I was fortunate not to get charged and they will call another company to fix the problem. He knew what the job was and pretended that he wanted to work. All he did was inconvenience my family. Some people you just cannot help. My prayer is that no one gets ripped off. He was not professional at all. Was late calling to tell me that he was running late. Thats one trip he could have saved. My ***************** said that they would make sure that he will never ever step foot in my house again, ever.

First I (*****) was very professional at the homeowner (*****) condo. They have 3 plumbing issues- Garbage Disposal, Stoppage, tub stoppage.I diagnose the garbage disposal- it works, but keeps running due to an electrical problem not a problem. So I told homeowner son, an electrician has to come out for this one. I told him this will be transferred to electrician contractor. Guest bathroom tub stoppage- I tested by allowing it to fill and drain. It drain quickly meaning no stoppage. Stoppage of the sewer main line. So I check the plumbing drains and outside cleanout. I told the son that you have no stoppage issues and the cleanout by plumbing code is it to updated meaning each condo suppose to have their own cleanout not a common or community cleanout. He told me that previous plumbing contractor removed the toilet ?? for to snake drain cleaning. I told him the warranty doesnt not cover for that. Due to a liability when removed them. So those condos needs to be plumbing code updated. So the homeowner needs to be mad at housing management not me. The home warranty is paying me for the service fee for diagnose those issues..

*****, made false statements. He will never service my home again!!! I am not angry (mad) as he puts it. My homeowner Insurance was very disappointed. However, they have assigned a professional company to take care of the problem. I should have looked up alllll the negative review on him first. Yes, this review was helpful and scary knowing that there are more people like him in the world.
