The owner is very difficult to deal with. She has the behaviors of a tyrant and doesnt take kindly to any customer challenging any aspect of the maintenance or service contract. If you are potential customer that appreciates a respectful dialog with the service provider.this is not the company for you.

******************** has been difficult and accusatory for years. After his last accusations in June, our technicians asked not to be sent back to his house. After multiple technicians stated the beration to them by ********************, we cancelled his contract in July and credited the remaining balance that he owed. ******************** called yesterday and spoke with the owner and was berating and accusatory again. He demanded that the company continue to work for him. We will not accept or tolerate abusive and berating behavior to our technicians and owners. We wish ******************** the best with another provider.
