    Thanks for prompt service. ***** Q Cart ordered through Amazon was shipped promptly and actually delivered several days early, (Sat before Wed scheduled). Cart was in original, unopened packing and in perfect condition.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are unsure why you would state you are unable to contact us. You placed an order with our company back on 11/28/22 (over 6 months ago). Under your order information on Amazon you are always able to message our company through there. We do not show you have ever attempted to contact us. We respond to all email correspondence within a 24 hour timeframe.

    My last order was not through Amizon it was directly through your company the part you referenced fit purfectly my last purchase was around June 1 thats not important it was a rain cap for my stove pipe and the only issue was the retaining band didnt fit the rain cap did not attach down to the pipe correctly to use the band it was about 1/2 from seating to the pipe it did lock down so I put a s**** in to it to keep it from unlocking I called the number listed but no one was answering it could have probably been a simple fix with a wider band but it just wasnt worth the hassle customer service is everything.
