    We paid for a deep cleaning and steam carpet cleaning of our new purchased house on 5/8. The job was with Js Sparkle and Shine or primarily ****** ***** and her husband. ****** referred her and her business on a ******** post my wife made, asking for recommendations for professional cleaners. We spoke with ****** and she said she would do the job we asked for, even with limitations on some areas because of small projects (Painting rooms, an area a rain vent pipe need repaired, and a shower that needs retiled) She accepted the job and said she would clean the baseboards, counters, oven, floor, walls, everything a deep cleaning one would expect. We werent able to look at her work that day due to unforeseen events and she sent us photos of it. Her work was misleading in the photos and she also said she would not leave the premises until she is paid the full amount. Unfortunately weve paid the full 755 (455 for the deep cleaning, and 280 for the carpet clean based on sq. ft. with a 20 dollar fee.) I was able to swing by first thing the next morning and did a quick walkthrough. Just a few seconds walking you could see a deep cleaning did not happen. The carpets were cleaned and the room smelled nicer, but there was dirt, stains, dust, bugs, etc. everywhere else (even on the sides of the carpet as it seems they didnt bother vacuuming the spare debris after the carpet cleaning.) we shared the things Ive seen immediately with Jorden on Friday 5/9 and she was unresponsive until the later hours. She said she was sorry and didnt offer any type of resolution and to reach out to her with more questions. We tried to message her again, was unresponsive until Saturday 5/10 again saying she was sorry, gave an excuse, and then asked how she could fix it. We gave her the same resolutions made on here but as of now has not made any attempt to fix it or give us a refund. She reached out 5/11 saying it was Mothers Day thats why she didnt respond 5/10

    I am responding to the complaint received regarding Js Sparkles and Shine LLC. The customer agreed to paying for services as we spoke about before service was completed, she received pictures and said everything looked good. When paying invoice, customer agreed to terms and conditions, (accepted goods and services) therefore I am not obligated to do a refund. I sent pictures and followed up with customer about concerns as I discussed with her that I would. The customer did not prepare us for construction being done in the home in certain areas, some areas were wet from paint etc so those areas obviously did not get cleaned. Customer complained about some areas not being cleaned that are not included in your typical deep clean and wouldve been an additional fee. (underneath oven, pulled out etc) The client did not ask or even mention any of those concerns before complaining. The client was very rude/disrespectful/unprofessional over text messages, telling me I was GOING to refund her money and fix the issues, etc. After I was already nice when I shouldnt have been and agreed to helping out to fix the issues. However, I do not tolerate that type of behavior as I do not talk to my customers that way, I expect the same thing.  And unfortunately from there, I did not see a resolution to this issue.

    Hello Im sorry I wasnt able to respond to the complaint due to login issues on my email. But here is a report from a different cleaning company stating what ** sparkle failed to provide and I can kindly provide the rest of the evidence which she said she would do the job with the proper heads up of the areas that are under renovation. The areas she was supposed to clean she didnt not attempt it seemed like. There was bugs left after a deep cleaning.
