    This review is 100% about the trash customer service I received from one employee in particularAlex. White guy, short, pushing well past 300 lbs, *****, wearing a shirt that clearly gave up trying to fit.After my family and I battled our way through the chaos in Uncle Sam Fireworks on the 4th of July, loading up a cart with hundreds of dollars worth of fireworks, things went leftfast. When we asked for a standard tax exemption (which were fully eligible for as a business), **** completely unraveled. Apparently, basic retail procedures are above his pay grade.While we were checking out, a staff member flagged an item in our cart, claiming it was mispriced and wed have to pay more (ok, got it. Youd think a business would honor their OWN MISTAKE). Conveniently, just minutes before, I watched a family buy that exact item for the listed priceno issue, no questions. When I pointed out there was an entire wall of that item labeled with the same price, the excuse was, Oh, a 15-year-old put the wrong tag up. Give him a break Cool story. Not my problem. If its listed, thats what you charge. Period.But **** wasnt done embarrassing himself. When I pushed backcalmlyhe barked, Youre already getting a tax exemption. Stop ********. We dont need your business. Wild. Absolutely unprofessional, ignorant, and straight-up disrespectful. I guess when youve got armed security standing around, it makes certain folks bold enough to run their mouth like theyre invincible.Heres what **** didnt count onIm not the one. He may be used to talking down to people like that, but Ill be damned if I let a disrespectful man, white or otherwise, talk crazy to me or my family and walk away feeling proud of it.Ill be filing formal complaints with the *** and BBB, and I suggest anyone reading this avoid this place unless you want to ****** with disrespect, double standards, and zero accountability. Do better.
