  This is the worst car repair shop I've ever been to. I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. to get my window fixed, which cost $850. However, the service was never properly completed. I stayed at the shop until 1 p.m., and even after the repair, my window was moving slowly. When I got home, it stopped working entirely. Despite multiple calls, texts, and even another visit, no one made any effort to resolve the issue. Instead, they told me I would need to spend another $400 to resolve it. I was never reimbursed, and they never attempted to solve the problem. Now, Im forced to file a lawsuit to get my $850 back, since the service was never properly rendered. See you in court.

  I've paid for several unnecessary repairs only for my car to still be making the same noise it was making when I initially dropped it off several months ago. I've made four or five trips to 2 different Greenwood stores(Also St. Road 135) for the same problem with no resolution and now they want more money because they think they know the problem now. Consumer Relations and management were not much help either.

  We have done multiple repairs and reworks (at no or reduced charge) on this vehicle and we are unable to determine the cause of the noise. We suggested ************* take her vehicle to a ****** dealership as they may have a different perspective to remedy her situation.

  Took my car for oil change and the drain plug leaked oil on my new concrete drive. Took it back 2 more times and it still leaked. Had to buy new drain plug gasket, oil, oil drain pan and a torque wrench and repaired it myself. Took my receipts and the old gasket that they over tightened to them. They said regional manager would call. Crickets! I filed a coming at their corporate hot line and again Crickets. Yesterday received a text from them wanting me to come in for service. I reminded them of how they ran me around and my expense of $120 for their oil change on top of their botched service of $200 out of pocket expense for parts,, plus damage to my driveway and rather than try to make it right, they asked me if I wanted them to remove me from their contact list. I said yes of course and recommended they get some customer service training.

  Absolutely the most despicable place of business where they take advantage of women. They broke my girl friends oil pan then had the nerve to tell her she was going to need to pay $800 to fix it with it leaking oil AFTER they had already broken her glove box. Tried to take absolute advantage of her. ***** and Skylar are the two people trying to POCKET MONEY on parts and labor there. Gathering all paperwork to get lawyer involved since the ***** ****** told my girlfriend she had to pay to fix THEIR problem they caused that he admitted to over the phone. I truly hope this shop gets shut down and will be writing reviews daily to attribute to cancelling this type of terrible service and taking abuse of our hard working women!
