    ******** is refusing to install the flooring! She is ripping us off. She messed up the first install, ordered more flooring and is now not responding to any messages and ghosting is. Total scam!

    We replaced the flooring and this is not our customer. This is their son. It was not the install that was done incorrectly three years ago. The manufacturer provided the flooring and we installed it for no charge to the customer. We care about our customers and this review is not valid

    Please delete this review. We have never sold anything to this individual. It was his parents house and he does not reside there.
