      I want to say that we chose **** **** because we had heard only good things about **** **** and your work. I am really disappointed in the situation that we are currently in at our custom home build site. We had yet to have our well line placed from the home to the well. Instead of having our well company do it, we went ahead and gave the job to **** ****. The line ended up kinked. No fault of our own. We are on a tight time frame and would not intentionally sabotage our build and cause a backup. We were blamed for the kink by **** ****. The workers did fix it and claimed that the fix they used was common and would be something that they would put under their home. I have attached a picture below of the solution to the kink. When we questioned the fix, we were told that they would just come back to our build site and rip up all of the plumbing and we could start over with another plumbing company by the owner. We were then pressured into paying $3,000 the next day in order to keep our completed plumbing onsite without it being ripped out. Also, the kink fix will not be repaired correctly and the work that has been done so far will not be warranted. When I didn't get the check to them first thing in the morning they started cutting out the plumbing. I am the general contractor, homeowner, and own another small business, and would never treat any of my customers this way.
