      Roy did a great job of diagnose the problem. As limit switches in the electric heating coils assembly. He ordered the switches and when they were delivered he replaced and system works great now. Before calling Johnson I had another un-named HVAC contractor come out. They did not trouble shot and said I needed a whole new assembly. They ordered the wrong assembly and come to find out assembly was discontinued. That is when I called Johnson and was extremely satisfied with Roy’s knowledge of my heating system. I will only call Johnson in future and recommend to friends.

      ***** for Johnson did an excellent job repairing my heater. He took the time to explain what went wrong and what needed replacing. Repair did not take long and he was very professional. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and recommend Johnson for heat and air needs.
