    Just recently purchased torsion springs for garage door, but when I received the package, it was the wrong size. I had measured just like informed from website. Wire size was wrong, ordered 234, but they sent 243, the length was off by five and a half inches. I was a little aggravated, but everyone make mistakes. What Im really aggravated about is that *** made numerous attempts, via email, but no response. No phone number listed or I would call. I just wish I could get a response so I can either get what I ordered or a refund and Ill shop elsewhere.

    We deeply apologize, we are not showing any emails that have went unanswered! It appears that you may have ordered a high cycle upgrade on your spring. The wire size is made thicker and the length is increased. These springs take the same amount of turns but simply last much longer. We do apologize for the confusion here. Please also see the FAQs on our website that explains the high cycle option you selected as well.
