    Highly disappointed! I had a bad algae issue so opted for the top level of weekly service. They did managed to get that algae under control and then we got a second variety of algae. That has not been controlled. We spoke about the pond dye, they assured us they would use a light color and that it was safe. First application was applied three weeks ago. Everything was all right, last week they reapplied and less than 24 hours our taps were pouring bright blue water. Called and told them to stop using dye last Thursday. Today they applied dye again before we could get out the door to make sure they weren't dying the pond, they said it didn't show up in their notes. Told them not to come back. I am seeking a refund on the season long service I paid for, and compensation for the fact that I can't drink the water (turns my mouth blue), can't do laundry (stain my clothes blue), can't wash dishes, and can't shower (my daughter tried and turned blue). My research says I am looking at 1-2 months depending on rain dilution, before I can use my water again.
