    SHADY SALES TACTIC AND THERE IS A CANCELLATION FEE!!!! DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE US!We had a Bamboo Tech (these were young college kids from out of state that only come work for them for the summer) come to our house last year in July of 2022 to sell their Pest Control Services. They told us about a great special going on right now for $99 and then $50 a month there after. Technicians would come out and spray each season and dust cobwebs from your house. We then asked about the cancellation policy and were told that we could cancel any time and there was no cancellation fee. The tech tried to bring up the contract and information about the special package but could not on his device and asked to use my personal cell phone which we let him use. (First Red Flag) Then his device could not take my payment, so he had to call the company and do it over the phone. (Second Red Flag)Unfortunately, things did not go as we were told by the Technician. The company did spray *********** times, the first time when we started the service in July and one other time thereafter. We then decided that $50 a month was not worth them coming to spray our house only 3 or 4 times a year and I called to cancel the service in December. We were then told that there would be a cancellation fee of $151. After speaking with multiple people and the manager, they said that since we signed a contract, we must pay the fee because of the special package deal we signed up for was so discounted and there was nothing they can do about the Technician that told us we could cancel anytime with no fee. They offered no resolution to this issue and continued to tack on late fees for the cancellation fee. I understand that we signed a contract, but we were misled and lied to by your Technician and if we were told that we had to stay in this "contract" for one year and if we decided to cancel then there would be a cancellation fee then we would have never signed up for your services! GREAT SHADY SALES TACTIC!
