      They promise a one year guarantee, however if you call them back for insects and rodents they will only respray where you saw a particular insect (not the general area), wont retreat and didnt initially cover areas they said they did (crawl space and NO rodent traps in Quonset). Very customer unfriendly and dont care about anything but getting your money. Changing companies and gave 1 star because zero wasnt an option.
