      Worst experience ever, if I could give a zero I would.. they care nothing about the customer. Its all about how much money they can make off you..

      I had my A/C repaired by the dealer Kelley's @ 14/69 Auto Mall, because this is where we bought our last 3 vehicles from. I own a 2016 Yukon. I have put about 20k miles on it since I had them repair a leak in the A/C. I had some leak in the right rear so they replaced both the rear lines. Price was around $1000 to fix. I figured it was worth getting it done right.!? So now, ONLY 17 months later, NOT even 2 years, the couplings they used have disintegrated and the high line blew! I called to ask if they would honor their work or offer me anything because I believe the Couplings should have last longer than that???? They were aluminum and blew apart at the hex each side. So while doing the repair on the 3/8" line we inspected the 5/8" line it also was breaking on the hex! What kind of parts are they using? I'm a 25 year GM employee it's so sad for me to be writing this. My husband and I both will be fixing it ourselves. We are waiting for parts. We will continue to buy GM but never with Kelley's again. Just for anyone who had this kind of repair with the aluminum couplings they are DEFECTIVE! I would have them inspect any work you have done because after 12 months they are not going to do anything for you!
