I love Leisure Lawn. I had Tru Green prior and hated their service! Brought in Leisure Lawn and fixed the problems I was having after Tru Green. I have since moved and hired them again. Will recommend to anyone.

Do not use this company! They burnt our yard by over spilling fertilizer. Broke a window in our house and refuse to take responsibility for any of it. Only excuse they say is they can not find good employees! Very sad and poor way to do business.Leisure Lawn of Fort Wayne

In response to a former customer's review: ID ***** On May 20, 2022 our company representative responded to a service call to check spots in their lawn. He found an area behind the patio that had rabbit droppings and there were also spots that appeared to be urine burn. The customer responded that their dog never left urine burn spots. There were no fertilizer prills in the area that would indicate "over spilling fertilizer".On July 5, 2022 we received another call concerning an area in front of the gate. Prior to checking the area we received another call on July 6, 2022 claiming that we had cracked her window. Upon responding to both concerns we did find an area where a tight turn from equipment left tire tracks. We advised the area should recover. As far as the window, the lawn was serviced 6 days prior to the claim. Spreaders broadcast with low velocity in an out and downward motion. Making it unlikely to break a window. The customer requested to be cancelled and refunded the application costs. As of July 6, 2022 the service had not be paid for. The service was cancelled and the application cost was credited. On July 11, 2022 a payment for the June 30, 2022 service was received. The check for payment was returned.On July 13, ************************************************************************************ regard to the window. The previous customer's escalation made it impossible to come to a satisfactory resolution.
