    I gave ****** Rowan 2 $1000 checks for deposits on fencing and landscaping in August 2022. I hadn't heard anything and when I contacted the fence company last week, they had no idea who I was, so I requested a refund. ******* Rowan said I'd have my money by today, and still no refund. I want my money back, so I can use it to pay others to do the jobs they couldn't.

    ***************** gave her $1000 Landscape deposit in Aug 25 2022 with the understanding the work may be completed this year if weather could permit, if not she would be on the schedule in the spring. She reached out for an update 3/22, we assured her of her expected time frame this spring 2023. ***************** then requested a refund of her $1000 landscape deposit 3/24 with threat of going to other avenues if she did not receive by 3/31. We responded promptly that we would issue that refund immediately coming direct from our bank. The check issued to be delivered by 3/31 per our bank bill pay. We sent her screenshot of this confirmation 3/27. We then followed up Friday 3/31 to ensure she received her payment. ***************** indicated it had not come yet. We looked into confirming delivery as soon as possible as the bank was closed. She then filed this complaint. We reached out 4/1 with confirmation from our bank it had been delivered 3/31, she then sent screen shot of the delivery on 4/1 from usps. 

    ***************** deposit for landscaping project of $1000 was issued with no argument. We responded to her phone calls and text messages in a timely manner to resolve this issue. We have issued the requested refund of $1000. That refund has been cashed and posted to our bank as of 4/11.

    Mr Rowan did deliver the $1000 deposit to the fencing company Backyard Builderz for her proposed fence project. That check as issued to Backyard Builderz 8/25, cashed by Backyard Builderz 9/13. We have followed up with them, there is confirmed record of receipt of this check and her customer profile in the system for work. We gave ***************** contact information of who to call in regards to this matter 3/27. This $1000 deposit is not an issue of our company Rowan Landscape & Design, and should be handled with Backyard Builderz.
