      Purchased from local Master Spas factory in *******************. Sales team member ***** was amazing, up front, and honest in answering questions and providing information about our purchase. Ended up buying the ** 8.2 series. Absolutely love it. Delivery was prompt, though being local to the factory certainly helps. My wife and I are very happy we went through both Master Spa's and their sales rep ***** for our purchase.

      The sales person did a fantastic job meeting our needs for a new spa. We are a return customer after having a spa for over 20 years from Master Spas and decided to upgrade with newer model and they did not disappoint us at all. We are excited to receive our new spa.

      Worst! dropped my 18' challenger off the truck, and broke the pump. replaced the pump and then nothing worked for weeks. part after part changed with over a month's inconvenience. finally found out that the electrician that my master spa rep suggested that we use screwed up the wiring, thank god we didn't get electrocuted!! still haven't used it after waiting months for delivery and now another month of repairs and repairs to my driveway!

      ***** our salesman was a consummate professional. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Appreciated his knowledge and willingness to make sure we understood exactly what we were buying.

      Bought a Master Spa H2X Challenger 15D a few months ago. The cover arrived with the seams bursting, and the whole right side of the spa has valves which need work, one of the valves doesn't work and the top comes off it.The agreement I signed was to set up payment after delivery. The whole time I was waiting for delivery, the people out in ********* where this came from were hounding me for payment, before it even showed up. Then after it was installed and I called ****** the salesperson for help. I was ghosted. I really don't like being ghosted after I spend $41,000 on a machine that doesn't work. I think ****** hopes that I go away, but it would be in his best interest to get ahold of me asap and resolve this issue.I guess service stops after payment! So until this issue is resolved they get one star. Be aware that the salesperson just doesn't care. They want your money and that's all. I am not impressed with this spa, since half it doesn't work, and the current is weak. I hope the current is weak because of the valves which aren't working. I outswim this machine at level 25 for 5 minutes straight at a time. I would highly recommend using another company and I own this machine. I will update this posting here and all over social media as it develops.

      I have made several attempts in the last 45 days to get service on a warranty issue with my spa. I can never get anyone in the phone and all service request via webpage have been ignored too. I am left wondering how reputable this company truly is. I need my spa repaired.
