Worst experience ever! The communication with this company is very poor. I had a brand new AC system installed about 2years ago. It stopped working, so I called to schedule a service but the office is closed over the weekend. I had another company come out fix the issue. I had to pay $341 for new capacitor. It will be cost another $500-$1,000 to replacing a hot tub circuit board with warranty. The owner(****) is very rude and un professional when I express this situation. The level of disappointment from experience with this company beyond words. Dont waste your money, there are better companies out there!Pro Comfort Heating & Cooling LLC

This person has been out of warranty with us for over a year. She called another company to perform what she thought would be warranty work and that she would simply call us and demand reimbursement for the "out of warranty labor". We tried many times to explain that her labor warranty had expired over a year ago, but she would not listen. The part is under manufacturer warranty and the other company could have warranted the part but instead chose to charge her for it. I really tried to explain that this isn't my fault. I'm not responsible for the acts or charges of another company. She kept escalating the situation and kept demanding that I pay, or she would leave this review if I chose not to. I'm sorry, but we will not be extorted under threat of a bad review. She is simply not entitled to any reimbursement from us. This is between her and the other company. The system we installed has been operating fine for two years, with no complaints from her. It wasn't until we refused her payment demand that she became very angry and threatening.Review fromJon C.

5 starsDue to a very poor experience with another furnace company which included deception, I was hesitant and anxious about choosing another company to tune up my 25 year old furnace. When the Technician was finished he went through everything that he had looked at and he said one part could be replaced. I expected him to say that the furnace needs to be replaced like the last company I had worked with. I was so relieved because I knew he was being honest and that was so very important to me. Pro Comfort Heating renewed my trust. So when I need a new furnace, I will not use any other company than Pro Comfort Heating.Review fromRex L.

Office employee is a smartellick with an attitude she is a liar & rude & this company(UN-PRO COMFORT) left multiple items uncomplete & left screws Out of my a/c unit, damaged my metal roof ,put a-coil back in filthy w/mold all over it, after getting attitude they did finally spray water on it but when that did very little they said thats all they r gonna do cuz i didnt pre-arrange a cleaning of it, even though i said im fine with paying but installer said a couple time they wanted to get out of here cuz it was friday .Then when i told smartmouth office person (*****) about this she had diff. story then lied about what she said she told me after i called her out on her changing words to fit current excuses **************** was THE worst choice i've made ever to do work in my home ,oh by the way when i checked on 1 excuse to not clean my coil b4 puttin back in new furnace with other companies, they all said that company lied they make a simple brush for cleaing coils ...(.Unpro comfort) as 1 excuse b4 using another excuse said there is no way of cleaning themPro Comfort Heating & Cooling LLC
